Whole30 Grocery Shopping List

I lied. I thought I was going to go to the store for Whole30 grocery shopping on Wednesday. It didn’t happen. I was going to go Saturday but then we got invited to a concert. Of course, the concert won.

A little delayed start in my plan but eventually made it to Aldi on Sunday, which was Mother’s Day. It also meant the stores were not that busy – YAY!

Almost everything that was on our list could be purchased at Aldi except maybe the LaraBars. Only the ones without sugar or chocolate are Whole30 approved. I bought some of these for easy snacks or breakfast.

Other items on our shopping list: 

  • Salmon
  • Spaghetti Squash (not at Aldi this week but found at Meijer!)
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Oranges
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios
  • Cashews (skipped these for this week since nuts are expensive!)
  • Eggs
  • Coconut oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Canned Coconut Milk (not at Aldi)

So basically fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, and fish.
